Remote Customer Support Specialist

We’re looking for a friendly, solution-oriented Customer Support Specialist to join our team remotely. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers—answering questions, resolving issues, and making sure they have a smooth, positive experience with our company.

What you will be doing:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via email, chat, and/or phone
  • Troubleshooting issues and guiding customers through solutions
  • Escalating complex problems to the appropriate teams
  • Keeping accurate records of interactions and updates
  • Helping improve our support documentation (FAQs, help center, etc.)
  • Gathering feedback and spotting recurring issues

  • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new tools or systems

  • Previous experience in a customer service or support role is a plus

  • Experience with help desk tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom)
  • Working across different time zones or international markets
  • Fluency in more than one language (optional but helpful
