We’re looking for a friendly, solution-oriented Customer Support Specialist to join our team remotely. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers—answering questions, resolving issues, and making sure they have a smooth, positive experience with our company.
What you will be doing:
- Responding to customer inquiries via email, chat, and/or phone
- Troubleshooting issues and guiding customers through solutions
- Escalating complex problems to the appropriate teams
- Keeping accurate records of interactions and updates
- Helping improve our support documentation (FAQs, help center, etc.)
- Gathering feedback and spotting recurring issues
